unhelpful staff

i thought i was at a four-star hotel, but the bed sheets were sooo old and made me itchy, i actually woke up with a rash. also, when i mentioned my towel was missing, the reception staff acted like it was too much trouble to help. i almost gave a good review, but they really let me down.

The hotel features an impressive spa with a jacuzzi available from 4 pm to 7 pm, perfect for unwinding after a long day of sightseeing.

The bed sheets in our room were quite old and itchy, leading to some discomfort during our stay.

The Alba Junior Suite was super comfy with a nice design. The bed felt great, and I loved the refillable toiletries to reduce waste. The shower was one of the best features—great water pressure. Just wish the air conditioning could've cooled the room down faster when I first arrived. But overall, I felt relaxed and right at home!

We really enjoyed the spacious rooms, which were perfect for our family with two active boys. The breakfast was impressive with a great selection, and the location was convenient for exploring local restaurants. The staff were helpful and accommodating to our needs.

A nice choice for a brief pause in Hue with good value for money. The staff helped us cancel our bus reservation and arranged a ride to Danang. Keep in mind to ask for local dining recommendations.

We had an amazing stay! The room was very spacious and comfortable, with two king single beds that made our family feel right at home. The jacuzzi was a superb way to unwind after sightseeing, and the spa facilities were just superb. Breakfast offered a great variety, setting us up perfectly for the day ahead.

The pillows were a bit too hard.

the staff were super nice and really helpful, loved the big room with a small balcony and overall design, comfy bed was a major plus, the jacuzzis felt nice after a long day, and the food was pretty good too.

only not so great thing was the hot temperature in the room when we arrived, and it took a while to cool down.
